This person is responsible for
helping the Pack Committee, Cubmaster, and Den Leaders with the selection,
scheduling, notification, and organization of Den and Pack Camping held
throughout the year. This is a new position that will define itself over
the course of the Scouting year. The ideal person will have exceptional
organization skills and a creative intuition to help further define and develop
Pack 042's camping program. |

This position is responsible for purchasing and
providing the Pack Snack for specified Pack Meetings. Volunteer will be
reimbursed each month for approved snack allowance. Snacks need to be
ready for Scouts 5 minutes prior to official Pack Meeting start time (usually
6:45 p.m.) This individual will also be responsible for insuring snack
area is cleaned up after snacks are completed (usually by 7:00 p.m.) Not
all pack meetings require snacks and dates will be provided to volunteer along
with budget.. |

This person simply helps
insure that we leave our Pack Meeting location cleaner than we found it.
While most Pack Leadership sticks around, (as well as some parents) to help
clean up, this person will help expedite the clean up process. Insuring tables
and chairs are put away or arranged accordingly, floors are swept / vacuumed,
trash is picked up and removed, etc. One of the easiest volunteer opportunities
we have, and one of the most necessary. |

refined over the years and little to no creativeness is necessary. It is a
position that requires good organizational skills and an ability to manage an
accumulation of tasks over a period of about three months. The tasks
themselves are usually pretty easy, however there are numerous small tasks that
are time sensitive and affect the success of our one annual fundraising event.

masses on the specified Parish Wreath Sales Weekend. (Sign up sheets will be put
out at Pack Meetings for sign up) In addition, this position is responsible for
working with the Parish itself to insure that wreaths, garland, and such are
purchased from a Pack 042 Scout or the Pack directly for the parish's
decorating. Finally, this person will act as a Parish contact with regard
to Wreath sales, needs, and contacts during the Wreath Sale ordering and
delivery dates. |
